- Client-side calculation: The numbers you enter into the converter are used only to show your result in your browser. The calculator runs entirely in the visitor's browser (client-side), and the values typed in are never sent to our servers or saved.
- We receive limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not ask for payment details, ID numbers or your exact location.

Information you give us
If you write to us through the contact page or by email, we receive your name (if you give it), your email address and your message. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of your request.
Information collected automatically
Server logs: Like most websites, our servers record your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you asked for, and the time. We use these logs to keep the site secure, find faults and prevent abuse.
Analytics: This version of the site does not include an analytics service or advertising tracker. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.
Cookies and similar technologies: The site does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. Essential hosting cookies may be used by the hosting provider where technically necessary.
- We do not provide a cookie-preference tool because this version does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers that help us run the site, including Vercel for hosting and Web3Forms for contact-form delivery. Web3Forms receives the name, email address and message that you submit through the contact form.
- authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or security of our users and the site
Some of these providers may store or process data outside your country. When this happens, we choose providers that protect personal information to a good standard and, where required, use approved legal safeguards for the transfer.
How long we keep information
- Messages to us: 12 months after we last reply, unless we need them longer to meet a legal duty.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Analytics data: 14 months (aggregated and anonymised).
When the time is up, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including secure connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
